Holly,
Please share this to help us stop diabetes.
How to Give Back to Your Local ADA
You can help raise $5 for the American Diabetes Association in Louisiana and South Mississippi by visiting http://www.ThisWeekIWill.com, pledging to do one healthy thing all week and selecting the American Diabetes Association as your charity of choice! Please help us raise money to Stop Diabetes!
You’re invited to make a difference in your own life and in the diabetes community by participating in the This Week I Will diabetes pledge campaign. The campaign is based on the philosophy that managing diabetes or your overall health involves taking small steps each week that lead to effective behavior change over time. When you make a week-long pledge to commit to a specific behavior change to improve your diabetes management, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, LLC, will donate $5 to the American Diabetes Association, up to $25,000. Please make a pledge once a week from today until Nov. 20th
To make a pledge on behalf of American Diabetes Association, visit http://www.ThisWeekIWill.com. Once you’ve made your pledge, you can share it on Facebook and Twitter, so your friends and family can support your goal. Though making a behavior change can be challenging, sharing the commitment in a supportive online community can help you follow through on your pledge.
This week, what will you do for your diabetes or your health? Even small changes matter!
Thank you!

Happy to see more people celebrating world diabetes day!!
Cute, definitely. Little, once upon a time 🙂
I know. I guess I can’t wish them little when they get over six feet tall. 😦
Holly, Diabetes runs in our family, and this a good reminder to eat healthy…always so hard around the holidays. Happy sugar free day Holly and a happy and healthy day to son Jake!
Thanks Glenda. He takes pretty good care of himself.
Congrats! The way they took on the Gators last week, I’d say you’ve got some good football coming up in the Sun Belt. Way to Go!
Sorry!!! I put that comment in the wrong post…. Whoops. Any way. Wat to go Ragin’ Cajuns! I’ll post my comment where I meant it to go. You can delete these if you want. God bless!
Holly. My bad. Can you delete my last post and this one? The first one stands. I’m bad. Sorry.
lol, no problem. And thanks!!
Holly, you’re a great mom to willingly forfeit sugar for a day! By the time I read your post, I couldn’t even remember how many different forms of sugar I’d already consumed!
well, I didn’t count fruit as sugar…or the creamer in my coffee…yikes, well, I did ok…no sugary sweets! And that’s pretty good for me.
Cute? Yes! very definitely!!! Little? Always little in a Mother’s heart xx
yes, they are, aren’t they.
He is such an inspiration! (Just not so little anymore.) Although, I think we will always see our children as little.
Well, then here’s a bit of sugar that won’t mess with your diabetes ~ Please check out my thanks to you for the Super Sweet Blogger Award! xoxo
