In honor of World Diabetes Day, I’m having a sugar-free day and wishing my cute little diabetic son, Jake, a great day!
I thought of posting this with my previous N post, (Nostalgia, Nests, November, NANOWRIMO). Nick would have fit in perfectly with this N post, but my wonderful son, Nick, deserves his own post for this announcement. Wanted to formally congratulate Nick on my blog for his scholarship to play football for the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
So proud of Nick in every way a mom can possibly be proud of her child. He is, as his sister Betsy best puts it, “gold.”
Nick will graduate a semester early and head to Louisiana. <<big sigh>>
Best wishes, blessings, and love to Nick.
Love you Nick! (I didn’t even put baby pics in this blog post, though I was tempted! 🙂
Go Nick! Go Rajun Cajuns!
In the middle of Nanowrimo, National Novel Writing Month, where I’m almost half-way to my goal of 50,000 words for my latest novel, I’m missing my blog. No time for a blog post, as I’m also finish another novel. So….pulled up my N post from last year’s A-Z challenge. In November, in the middle of NANOWRIMO, I thought this one was the perfect choice to reblog.
Hope all you NANOWRIMO’s are clicking out what will be a great novel to edit in December. Here’s my short nostalgic post:
